Your family’s privacy

Little talks is a parent-led conversation app from Netix Solutions. Adult parents and caregivers create accounts. Children do not create accounts or submit answers.

What we keep

Your account includes your email address and first name. Your child’s profile includes a first name or nickname, birth month and year, and an optional sex field. We also keep the IDs of questions you save. Supabase handles authentication and securely stores password credentials.

Why we ask

We use names to personalize the experience and the birth month and year to choose an age group. Sex does not change which topics or questions a child can see. Your email is used for account confirmation and password recovery.

Your conversations belong to you

Little talks does not ask you to record or upload your child’s answers. This version has no microphone access, conversation recordings, advertising trackers, or AI processing of family conversations.

The services that make it work

Vercel hosts the website, Supabase provides account and database services, and Resend delivers account emails. These services process the information needed to operate the app, including technical request and security logs. Child profile fields are not included in account emails.

Access, changes, and deletion

Profile records and saved cards are restricted to the signed-in parent. You can edit the child’s profile in the app. To request account access or deletion, email littletalks@netix.co from your account address. We retain account data until it is deleted; service backups and security logs may remain for the providers’ retention periods.

Cookies and sample cards

We use cookies to keep you signed in. The public sample deck does not require an account. Favorites in the sample deck last only while that page is open.
